Brianna grew up in Bethany, CT and has always been involved in athletics. Growing up with brothers, she began playing basketball and volleyball from a very young age. Her love for fitness and nutrition continued to grow the more she learned. She went on to play collegiate division II volleyball at Nyack College for four years. In 2014 she earned her degree in Childhood Education with a focus in health and science. Since graduating, Brianna has coached volleyball at multiple levels, from middle school to college. She interned at Quinnipiac University as a volunteer assistant for the woman’s volleyball team in 2016. She currently works as an assistant volleyball coach at Southern Connecticut State University where the team won their first conference title in 2018! Bri is a NASM certified personal trainer and is CPR/AED certified. She is also currently earning a specialty certification in Performance Enhancement. Bri is passionate about physical fitness and wants to help others find the joy in working out!
Morgan is an Athletic Trainer, (sports medical staff), for Greens Farms Academy in Westport, CT. She has a background of coaching spin classes, TRX classes and she is a summer private league swim coach. She has been a competitive swimmer for over 15 years, including competing while in college. She received her Bachelors degree in Sports Management focusing in Exercise Science from Eastern Connecticut State University ’14 and continued her education earning a Masters in Athletic Training from Plymouth State University ‘18. Morgan began rowing approximately a year ago and developed a passion for the program. She has an even greater passion for fitness and working towards a better self each day. Her hope is to inspire others by creating a fun environment and coaching challenging workouts.
Terry is a NASM Certified personal trainer with 10 years of experience. She has coached hundreds of individuals and groups of all ages and sizes. She has extensive experience with small and Large group training, and specializes in training special needs athletes, and medically compromised individuals. She Holds a Bachelor of Science, Food Science and Nutrition from the University of RI, Master's Certificate, Nutrition and Communications from Boston University, Personal Training Certification from National Association of Sports Medicine, Nutrition Coaching Certification from Precision Nutrition, kettlebell certifications from Art of Strength Kettlebells and United Kingdom Kettlebell Association and TRX certification from TRX Training. Terri is also an Outward Bound sailing instructor and has sailed across the Atlantic Ocean on a 66-foot Ketch. She has also participated in a transcontinental bicycle trip across the United States. Her drive is to leverage a lifetime of health and nutrition experiences and to improve the health of individuals and groups in need.
Molly is a Teacher in New Haven, as well as a three season coach at Hopkins School. She has many years of experience coaching and teaching a wide range of sports, fitness classes, and personal training. She received her Bachelors degree in Exercise Science,focusing on Physical Education, from Southern Connecticut State University. She also has her Masters degree in Special Education from the University of San Diego. Molly grew a passion for rowing from her brother, who rowed with the US National Team and has learned a great deal from him. She hopes to share her passion and knowledge of rowing with others to help them be successful with their fitness goals.
