Commit to Fit

An interval training that uses a combination of free weights/rowing and core work. Workouts include a great variety of activities within each class. Classes are taught by certified trainers. The classes are an hour in duration. Here you will combine calorie burn with good camaraderi

Moderate Fit

An interval training class that is similar to commit to fit (weights/rowing & core). This class is less intense and offers technical instructions for people regaining their stride. Individuals will still challenge their limits in this class. The classes are an hour in duration. You will burn calories develop endurance and meet great people!

Row & Go

An interval training class for the advanced rower. Row & Go is designed for those who want to turn and burn. A 45 minute intense workout which includes  cardio/rowing/weights and core.
